The Heights Capital business is comprised of Heights Capital Management, Inc., Heights Capital Ireland, LLC and Heights Capital Management Asia Limited (together, “Heights Capital”), each an affiliate of Susquehanna, one of the world’s largest privately-held financial services firms. The Heights Capital business began in 1996 and was established to manage the direct investment of Susquehanna's internal capital in listed companies around the world.
